Agenda
Blog/RJ check
Taking A Stand
The Golden Rule: Karen Armstrong
HW: RJ 3.3 TKAM
Ch 10, Test Thursday

Class starts with everybody being loud like always. After Janan reads her blog she picks me. She only picked me because I told her to pick me. So, now Ms. Nakada is reading what happens in chapter nine. Ms. Nakada told the class to take out thier English notebooks. Ms. Nakada told everybody to make a tri-fold. And title it "Taking A Stand." Ms. Nakada was talking about how some sixth graders would scream and nobody would help them. Then, Ms. Nakada is talking about taking a stand and some ways of taking a stand by saying words. Then, Erin is taking about how she told a boy his eye color was like a booger. After that, Ms. Nakada is taking about how you need a historical person take a stand. Also, we need a character from To Kill A Mockingbird. Ms. Nakada is very stressed out about how much this class plays around, and how Julian didn't even start his paper. Ms. Nakada pronounced Isaac's name wrong and Micheal makes fun of Ms. Nakada and she is saying it is not nice. Then, he says he wasn't making fun of  Ms. Nakada. Then, Ms. Nakada forgives him. After that Ms. Nakada tells everyone to turn to a new page and title it The Golden Rule by Karen Armstrong. Ms. Nakada tells everybody that we are going to watch a Ted talk about her version of the golden rule. "Always treat all others as you'd like to be treated yourself" that is the good part of the golden rule Karen says. "Don't do to others what you would Not  like them to do to you" this is the bad part of the golden rule. Well, class is ending so, I have to leave bye.
