Readers Workshop

HW: RJ 11.2 15-20 pages

It's a sunny, and kind of rainy, day here at Emerson. I walk into class looking for my new seat. I'm happy I sit next to friends. We start off sixth period, as always, writing down the agenda, and then we take out our journals for reader's workshop. We started off talking about the capitalization of proper noun, and it brought me back to elementary. I don't know why we were talking about capitalization, even though we already know, the only problem is when we are typing, we make mistakes with capitilization. Yaritzel and Stephanie want to be in my blog, so good for you, you made it. While I was writing down my notes, like I was supposed to, I hear Erin whisper, "Hey Nancy, you should put me in your blog." There you go, Erin. Ms. Nakada sends out a student while we were learning, because I guess she was talking. I nicely ask Erin a question, and she just starts giving me attitude. That's our weird friendship. Students pass out the book brackets, and I remember I lost mine, so I asked Ms. Nakada for one. Meanwhile, Yaritzel came over to talk to me. Ms. Nakada starts naming the books, that I guess won. Then, we start voting for the third round. I laugh because I can hear Anthony just making random comments. LOL! It's an early day and thank God we didn't do as much today and it's a early day. Everyone, of course, raised their hand when The Outsiders was called. I mean, come on, that is like a popular book everyone actually read. The bell is about to ring, and your girl, Nancy has things to do. Adios. (Bye)
